DryZone's Downspout Extensions Keep Water Away from Your Home

Clogged rain gutters is just one way for water to be deposited right beside your foundation. Another way is improperly installed downspouts. It's important that downspouts are dumped away from the house in order to prevent water from finding its way into the pores of your foundation and eventually into your basement. DryZone offers a few different downspout extensions that will keep the water away from your foundation.

LawnScape is an underground pipe that runs from the downspout to a LawnScape outlet that lets water out onto the surface, but also camouflages the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning and is most appropriate for downspout extensions over 8-feet long.

The RainChute is a recessed downspout extension that sits flush with the ground and directs water away from your home. RainChute EZ is an above-ground downspout that installs easily and is best suitable for a landscaped area.

Without properly installed downspouts, water gets under your foundation, which can cause erosion and lead to cracks in the block. DryZone believes that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Installing downspout extensions takes little time, but can prevent destructive damage to your home's foundation. Installing RainChute and RainChute EZ takes about 15-30 minutes and installation of LawnScape takes less than an hour.

DryZone, LLC offers several solutions for all of your foundation repair needs and makes things easier with a free foundation repair inspection and quote throughout Delaware and Maryland, including Delmarva and along the shore in cities like New Castle, Kent (both MD and DE) Sussex, and Wicomico.
